This 1,964 square foot, two-story home was designed with you in mind.  This Custom three-bedroom home has many classic features you would normally find in larger custom homes.  As you enter through the front door, you are welcomed into a two-story foyer and great room.  Looking through the great room you see the columns that separate the formal dining from the great room, yet keep an open feeling of a larger home.  Beyond the foyer is the open kitchen and dinette.  The kitchen features maple cabinets and Pergo Renaissance flooring.  Just off the kitchen is a multi-purpose or television room.  The second floor features a maple and glass rail system that looks over the great room.  The master suite features a tray ceiling, large walk-in closet and master bath.

We have included many construction features as well as the interior elements already mentioned.  This home has been built as part of the Green Built Home Program, which is a program to build energy efficient and environmentally friendly homes.  In addition, this home has be constructed using the “Intelligent Wall” system.  This means we used 2x4 construction with 1 ½” of Blue Styrofoam which reduces the possibility of condensation in the wall cavity.  We have utilized many engineered wood products such as TJI Joists, Microlam Beams and Laminate floor coverings in the construction of this home.
