Our 2001 Parade Home is a Custom three-bedroom home has many classic features you would normally find in larger custom homes.   As you enter through the 8’ front door, you are welcomed into a vaulted foyer/great room with plant shelves and open interior exposure to the lower level family room.   The kitchen features maple cabinets and Pergo Renaissance flooring.  We have incorporated a metal handrail system on the main floor that looks over the lower family.  This allows the open architecture of the main floor to flow down to the lower level with an arched staircase.  In the lower level living space is a third bedroom, full bath and wet bar with ample room for any of your family’s activities.  The master suite features a tray ceiling, large walk-in closet and master bath with whirlpool and separate shower.

 This home has been built as part of the Green Built Home Program, which is a program to build energy efficient and environmentally friendly homes.  In addition, this home has been constructed using the “Intelligent Wall” system.  This means we used 2x4 construction with 1 ½” of Blue Styrofoam which reduces the possibility of condensation in the wall cavity.  We have utilized many engineered wood products such as TJI Joists, Microlam Beams and Laminate floor coverings in the construction of this home.
