Once again we at Midwest Homes Inc. are excited to offer our latest innovative design that will surely gain your attention and spark your imagination. The Annanhill is an excellent example of an open floor plan that is very practical and livable, yet makes entertaining guests a joy. The home features 3,341 sq. ft. on the main level and 2,200 sq. ft. in the lower level totaling 5,541 square feet.
As you enter the large Foyer through the 8’ tall front doors the first
thing you notice is the grand open staircase to the lower level.
The seventeen foot high vaulted ceiling runs from the Foyer to the Great
Room with a two-story stone fireplace at the far end. As you look to the right
you see the Den/Music Room accented with a wood beam detailed ceiling.
Down a hall to the left, you will find one of the home’s two Powder
Rooms. Further down the hall are two
of the home’s five bedrooms, which are separated by a shared “Jack and
Jill” Bath. The Master Suite is
through the French doors near the open staircase.
Entering the Master Suite you will notice the vaulted ceiling with
indirect lighting. The inviting
Master Bath features a luxurious walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and
body sprays, or you can relax in the whirlpool tub to chase the day’s tension
away. Off the Great Room is the formal Dining Room with vaulted ceiling. Between the Dining and Kitchen is a waterfall feature that on the backside doubles as a butlers service area including a wet bar for entertaining. The open Kitchen has a large walk in pantry, built in dinette table, and a raised breakfast bar. Through the Kitchen is the second Powder Room, the laundry room, mudroom with storage “cubbies”, and entry to the garage/golf cart area. |
