1991  --      Graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater
                   (Degree in Finance & Real Estate Development)

1991--       Completed courses from the Graduate Builder’s Institute & “Land Development,
                  Site Planning and Zoning” and “Building Technology & Project Management”.

1993  --      Brian Became Construction Manager of Midwest Homes, Inc.

1993  --      Brian became a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker & member of the
                  Greater Madison Board of Realtors©.

1996  --      Brian became broker of Midwest Homes Realty Inc.

1996  -
Present --   Brian served as a judge for the Parade of Homes of Milwaukee

1998  --      Brian was elected to the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA)

1999  --      Brian became Director of the National Association of Home Builders.

2000  --      Elected to serve on the executive committee of the MABA as Treasurer.

2001  --      President elect of the MABA

2002  --      President of the MABA

2002  --      Recognized as Madison Area Builder’s Association- Builder of the Year

2002  --      South area Vice-president of the WBA

2003  --      Immediate Past President of the Association.    

2005  --      Currently is serving as the Governmental Affairs committee Chairman for the MABA
