“We recently built a home and were so impressed by the way the Midwest team helped us to customize the basic design to make it our own. We added windows, moved the fireplace, incorporated special lighting, and had the carpenters build a buffet in the dining area, special shelving for baskets in the laundry room, open shelving in the kitchen, and a drying rack in the art room.
On a much larger scale, Brian modified the roof line so that solar panels could be added some day, and designed the eves to take advantage of the winter sun but temper the harsh summer sun. We appreciate Midwest Homes working with the Focus on Energy program to give us an energy-efficient home.
Midwest’s realtor Sheri and interior designer/construction coordinator Dawn helped us in a myriad of ways with the many decisions that were involved in building our new home and selling our previous one.
