The first step in building, before you can actually choose a home plan, is to research the cities, neighborhoods, and rural areas you would like to live in. There are many factors you should consider. For example: How does the neighborhood currently look and are there restrictions to maintain the vision? Is there a good mix of home styles? How desirable is the school district? Are conveniences easy to access? What about future resale? Always remember, “location, location, location” and this will maximize your happiness and future potential resale value.
