Brian McKee, President

​Brian has been designing and building custom homes in Dane County for over 30 years, and he personally draws up plans for every Midwest Homes client. He puts his extensive experience and relationships in the industry to work for each client, building each home to the standard to which he would build his own.

Karl Wahlgren, Expediter

You'll have the pleasure of meeting Karl throughout your build and after you move in during your 1 year warranty period. He keeps a watchful eye on your home and all the details that make it your own.

  • 25+ years experience in the construction industry

  • Vast experience in bidding, scheduling and the construction process

  • Has run his own home building company

  • Some residential neighborhood developing experience

Kelly Rainiero, Realtor & Designer

​Kelly works alongside clients through every design decision from the first vendor appointment to the final walk-through (and beyond!). She coordinates selections, bringing both design instinct and budget discipline to every choice.

  • Realtor with 12+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, design & marketing

  • Enthusiastic advocate and dedicated partner in the home-building process

  • Outside of work, makes time for working on new DIY projects, backcountry camping, and working on her small hobby farm
